This ice bag is designed to apply cold therapy for treating muscle aches, pains, bruises, sprains, and deadaches.

Step 1: Unscrew the lid

Step 2: Fill with ice 2/3 full and

Step 2: Fill with ice 2/3 Full and secure lid. For vest results Float ice in water before loading cap to prevebt sharp edges from cutting the bag.

Step 3: Carefully thread leakproof cap onto ice bag and apply to needed area.

After each use, drain bag and air dry before replacing lid
