ACOVESTA Hot and Cold Gel Pack.
For hot and cold Therapy.
For first aid, it is necessary to keep at least two gel packs in every family.

*Keep one in the deep freezer all year round and give cold therapy when needed.

*Keep the other one at normal temperature out of the reach of children, and if necessary, heat water in a container on the stove and immerse it for one (01) minute, remove it from the water and wrap it in a thin cloth and give the hot therapy when the temperature is bearable.
